Our website will remain open throughout the quarantine. So you can easily place your HiLo orders in our eshop.

Due to a supplier delay caused by quarantine, deliveries of your HiLo orders are currently on hold.
The whole DreaminzZz team apologizes for this slight setback. All shipments will therefore be postponed at the end of quarantine.
Because post offices are often closed, we have decided to postpone HiLo returns until at least May.
If you have a problem with your HiLo or if you want a refund, you need to send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can explain the return process.
For people who want a refund, you must send us an email before the end of the 30 days (satisfied or your money back) to notify us of the refund request. Once the request has been validated by the team, you can return your package to us as soon as the quarantine ends.
